Hi, I’m Chris!
I grew up in a household that loved creating home movies. Thank my dad for the hundreds of video cassettes collected over the years. It felt like our camcorder always had a fresh set of batteries and plenty of record time. We’d film everything from birthday parties, camping trips, amateur level kung fu movies, and even random Sunday afternoons. I spent summers watching them back for fun. It was honestly one of my favorite ways to pass time as a kid. I’m sure there is some irony in there somewhere, haha.
Fast forward to the current day, I’ve been lucky enough to play historian for amazing couples around the world. From the dramatic scenes of Iceland, romantic southern coast of Italy, warm sands of Kauai, valleys of New Zealand, cliff jumping in Mallorca, to the mountaintops of Switzerland, my passport has been a true beneficiary. I left a stable career in healthcare to pursue something quite special. It means so much to me that this is the legacy that I get to leave behind.
I’d like to think that the stories I put together are created with a sense of honesty and sensibility. Films that don’t really follow trends, but rather the couple. I would love for us to feel less like a friend by way of the internet and more like one you met in real life. It is only in this way we can create films that are emotional, tactile, and timeless. Thank you for being here and I’m looking forward to hearing more about you.

I laughed, I cried, I swooned. I’m in love with our wedding video. So much was going on, that I did not feel like I had a grasp on everything that happened at our wedding. Chris recently captured our elopement in New York and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to do it. The video is beyond perfect, more than we could have ever imagine it to be. The longest highlight film I’ve ever delivered, but I believe it perfectly captures the 4 days we spent together in Italy. A few days roaming the streets of Roma and then we headed to the most beautiful venue nestled in the hills of Umbria.

I found myself in a puddle of tears at their wedding, even though I didn’t understand a word haha. Their love felt so honest. The shared tears during the vow exchange was felt by all.

I know Steph and Ty wanted anything but ordinary. They’ve done there fair share of modeling and the last thing I wanted to give them was something too conventional. I feel like they’ve already seen it all. So what do we do? We use a fun song and embrace the b-roll. This is what three days of Mexico looks like in one minute.
Far From Home

As lush as the landscapes are in Iceland, I still wanted to lean in their story. One of the most heartfelt moments of this weekend was when S+Z called their loved ones back home to tell them that they are married. This teaser starts slow, but ends with a bang.
The Secret Elopement

These two secretly eloped and we created this video so that they could share with their friends and family at a graduation/fake engagement party turn wedding reception. This has been one of our favorite days since the creation of Goodco Studios. It’s a longer film, but get your tissues ready, cause we’re still crying.
